Chen Xu, Professor, Doctoral Tutor and Dean of School of Economics and Management, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, is the leader of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program". He has presided over more than 20 national and provincial and ministerial projects, such as national key R & D projects, major projects of the National Social Science Foundation and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation. As the first/corresponding author, he published more than 100 SSCI/SCI/EI retrieval papers in UTD's top international academic journals such as Production and Operations Management. His research achievements have successively won the IIE Transactions Best Paper Award, the first prize of the Ministry of Education's Excellent Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Institutions of Higher Learning (Humanities and Social Sciences), the first prize of the Sichuan Excellent Achievement Award for Social Sciences, the second prize of the Sichuan Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, and the first prize of Sichuan Teaching Achievement Award. Research Interests: Operations and Supply Chain Management, Service-Oriented Manufacturing Management, Service and Healthcare Management.

陈旭，电子科技大学经济与管理学院教授、博士生导师、院长，国家“万人计划”领军人才。主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家和省部级项目20余项。以第一/通讯作者在UTD国际顶级学术期刊Production and Operations Management 等发表SSCI/SCI/EI检索论文100余篇，研究成果先后获得IIE Transactions最佳论文奖（Best Paper Award）、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）一等奖、四川省社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖、四川省科技进步奖二等奖、国家级教学成果奖二等奖、四川省教学成果奖一等奖等。研究方向：运作与供应链管理，服务型制造管理，服务与医疗健康管理。
