Jiang Zhibin, PhD (Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Management, City University of Hong Kong), Distinguished Professor of the High-level Talents Award Scheme of the Ministry of Education, Scholar and Former Vice-Chairman of the International Society of Industrial and Systems Engineers (Asian Affairs, 2018-2022), is an expert having special allowances from the State Council and is currently the head of the Sino-US Logistics Research Institute of Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is the distinguished professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Management Science of Antai School of Economics and Management; former dean of the Academic Affairs Office of Shanghai Jiaotong University (2007-2014), director of the MOOC Promotion Office of Shanghai Jiaotong University, dean of the MOOC Research Institute (2014-2018), and director of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management (2001-2018). He is also the deputy director of the Industrial Engineering Teaching Guidance Committee of the Ministry of Education, the supervisor of the Industrial Engineering Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the director of the Industrial Engineering Professional Committee of the Shanghai Mechanical Engineering Society, and the director of the China Innovation Method Research Association. He is also the co-editor of DTS and the deputy editor or editorial board member of IJPR and other four international journals.

江志斌，博士（香港城市大学制造工程与工程管理），教育部高层次人才奖励计划特聘教授，国际工业与系统工程师学会会士、前任副主席（亚洲事务，2018—2022），为享受国务院特殊津贴专家，现任上海交通大学中美物流研究院院长，上海交通大学特聘教授、安泰经管学院管理科学系教授、博士生导师；曾任上海交通大学教务处处长（2007—2014）、上海交通大学慕课推进办公室主任、慕课研究院院长（2014—2018）、工业工程与管理系主任（2001—2018）。兼任教育部工业工程类教学指导委员会副主任、中国机械工程学会工业工程分会监事、上海机械工程学会工业工程专业委员会主任委员、中国创新方法研究会理事；兼任DTS 共同主编，兼任IJPR 等其它4个国际期刊副主编或编委。
