Li Yongjian, Professor and Doctoral Tutor of Nankai University, Executive Vice-Minister of Humanities and Social Sciences Research Department. The winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the winner of the China Youth Science and Technology Award. Selected in the New Century Excellent Talents Support Plan of the Ministry of Education and the first level of Tianjin "131" Innovative Talents Training Project, he is the leader and chief scientist of the "Supply Chain Management" Team of Tianjin "131" Innovative Talents. Professor Li's research areas include logistics and supply chain management, platform economy and operation management, system optimization and decision analysis. Professor Li has published more than 140 papers in well-known management academic journals at home and abroad, including more than 100 papers in SCI/SSCI, one academic book publication in the National Social Science Library. Professor Li, as the chief expert, presided over major projects of the National Social Science Foundation, major research plans and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, and major projects of the key research base of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education. Professor Li is also the executive director of the Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering, the executive director of the Chinese Society of Systems Engineering, and the deputy director of the Supply Chain and Operations Management Branch of the Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering; Editor-in-chief of SUSOC Journal, deputy editor-in-chief of MSCRA and NBRI, and editorial board member of Systems Engineering Theory and Practice, Control and Decision, Chinese Journal of Management Science, Operations Research and Management, Journal of Management Engineering, etc.

李勇建，南开大学教授、博士生导师，人文社会科学研究部常务副部长。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，中国青年科技奖获得者，并入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第一层次、天津市“131”创新型人才“供应链管理”团队负责人、首席科学家。研究领域包括物流与供应链管理、平台经济与运营管理、系统优化与决策分析等。在国内外知名管理类学术期刊发表论文140余篇，其中 SCI/SSCI 收录论文 100 余篇，出版学术专著1部，一部专著入选国家社科文库。作为首席专家主持国家社科基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划和重点项目、教育部人文社科重点研究基地重大项目等项目多项。

李教授兼任中国管理科学与工程学会常务理事、中国系统工程学会常务理事、管理科学与工程学会供应链与运营管理分会副主任等学会职务；SUSOC 期刊主编，MSCRA、NBRI 副主编，以及系统工程理论与实践、控制与决策、中国管理科学、运筹与管理、管理工程学报等编委。
