Luo Li, Professor of Business School of Sichuan University (Level 2), Changjiang Scholars of the Ministry of Education, Member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Industrial Engineering Majors of the Ministry of Education, Evaluation Expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Vice President of the Medical Operations Management Branch of the Chinese Operations Research Society, and the Fourth Session Executive Member of the Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering, the Sixth Editorial Board of the Journal of Industrial Engineering, the Member of the First Committee of the Health Care Big Data Application Management of the Chinese Hospital Association, the Academic and Technical Leader of Sichuan Province, the First Group of Specially Appointed Experts of the Logistics Office of Sichuan Province, the Deputy Director of the Teaching Steering Committee of Management Science and Engineering Majors of the Education Department of Sichuan Province, and the Deputy Director of the Industry Steering Committee of Chengdu Supply Chain Association. She is a visiting scholar of Columbia University, University of Michigan, Boston University, Chinese University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong. She was the head of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management of the Business School of Sichuan University, the leader for national first-class course, the director of the Institute of Service Management, and the director of the Research Center for Big Data Analysis and Decision-making. Her main research interests include service operation management, logistics and supply chain management, and hospital management. Her team and West China Hospital have jointly established a medical and health service management research team of Sichuan University, which has long been committed to applying industrial engineering and service management theories and methods to the fields of logistics and medical and health service management. She presided over 10 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, including three NSFC key projects "Research on Resource Scheduling Optimization in Medical Services" (the evaluation results are excellent), "Research on Resource Management of the Whole Society of Environment and Intelligent Medical Health Driven by Big Data" and "Dynamic Monitoring and Policy Intervention of Medical and Health Services for Chronic Diseases with the Support of Digital Technology" and a "Covid-19 Project" of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, "Research on the Supply and Allocation of Medical Resources under Major Public Health Emergencies". She has won the second prize of Sichuan Science and Technology Progress Award (ranking first), two third prizes of Sichuan Science and Technology Progress Award (ranking first) and two third prizes of Sichuan Philosophy and Social Sciences Excellent Achievement Award (ranking first). More than 100 related academic papers have been published in many authoritative journals at home and abroad, such as UTD's Production and Operations Management, Health Care Management Science, International Journal of Medical Informatics, Operations Research Letters, Journal of Management Science, China Management Science, Systems Engineering Theory and Practice, among which 60 papers have been retrieved by SCI and 2 monographs have been published by Science Press.

罗利 ，四川大学商学院教授（二级）、博士生导师，教育部长江学者特聘教授，教育部工业工程类专业教学指导委员会委员，国家自然科学基金委会评专家，中国运筹学学会医疗运作管理分会副理事长，中国管理科学与工程学会第四届常务理事，《工业工程》期刊第六届编委，中国医院协会健康医疗大数据应用管理专业委员会第一届委员会常务委员，四川省学术和技术带头人，四川省物流办首批特聘专家，四川省教育厅管理科学与工程类专业教学指导委员会副主任，成都市供应链协会行业指导委员会副主任委员，美国哥伦比亚大学、密歇根大学、波士顿大学、香港中文大学和香港城市大学等学校访问学者，曾任四川大学商学院工业工程与管理系系主任，国家级一流专业负责人，服务管理研究所所长，大数据分析与决策研究中心主任。主要研究方向包括：服务运作管理、物流及供应链管理、医院管理；与华西医院共同组建了四川大学医疗健康服务管理研究团队，长期致力于将工业工程和服务管理理论和方法运用到物流及医疗健康服务管理等领域。主持国家自然科学基金项目10项，包括3项国家自然科学基金重点项目“医疗服务中的资源调度优化研究”（评价结果为优）、“大数据驱动的环境与智慧医疗健康全社会资源管理研究”和“数字技术支持下慢性病共病医疗卫生服务动态监测和政策干预”以及1项国家自然科学基金“新冠专项”项目“重大突发公共卫生事件下医疗资源供给与配置研究”，获1项四川省科技进步奖二等奖（排名第一）、2项四川省科技进步奖三等奖（排名第一）和2项四川省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖（排名第一），在管理学顶级期刊UTD的Production and Operations Management、Health Care Management Science、International Journal of Medical Informatics、Operations Research Letters、《管理科学学报》、《中国管理科学》、《系统工程理论与实践》等多个国内外权威期刊发表相关学术论文100余篇，其中SCI检索60篇，在科学出版社出版专著2部。
