Distinguished Professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is currently the executive vice president of the Institute of Intelligent Justice of Shanghai Jiaotong University, the director of the Research Base for the Source Governance of Contradictions and Disputes of the Supreme People's Court, the director of the Intelligent Justice Laboratory, the Secretary-General of the International Asia-Pacific European Law Institute (APELI), the president of the Company Law Research Association of Shanghai Law Society, and the first president of the Shanghai Big Data Society. He was selected into the Changjiang Young Scholar Award Program of the Ministry of Education, presided over a number of major projects of the National Social Science Foundation and the Supreme People's Court, published more than 130 papers in domestic and foreign journals, and won 15 patents, soft works and technical standards. He has been a visiting professor at Duke University, University of North Carolina and University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.His research mainly focuses on the application of intelligent judicial knowledge system and scenarios, data trading and authorized operation, structural reform of judicial system, corporate anti-fraud compliance and social responsibility, and basic theoretical research of legal sociology.

杨力 Yang Li，上海交通大学特聘教授。现任上海交通大学智慧司法研究院常务副院长、最高人民法院矛盾纠纷源头治理研究基地主任、智慧司法实验室主任，兼任国际亚太欧洲法学院联盟（APELI）秘书长、上海市法学会公司法务研究会会长、上海市大数据社会应用研究会首任会长。入选教育部长江青年学者奖励计划，主持多项国家社科基金重大项目、最高人民法院重大项目等，发表国内外期刊论文130余篇，获专利、软著和技术标准15项。曾经在美国杜克大学、美国北卡罗来纳大学、荷兰鹿特丹大学等担任访问教授。主要致力于智慧司法知识体系及场景应用、数据交易和授权运营、司法体制结构性改革、企业反舞弊合规与社会责任、法社会学基本理论研究。
