Zhao Xi, Professor of School of Management, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Deputy Director of Subject Office of Xi'an Jiaotong University, National Young Talents, Deputy Director of Key Laboratory of Process Control and Efficiency Engineering, Ministry of Education, Director of Shaanxi Medical and Health Big Data Engineering Research Center, Director of Research Center of National Engineering Laboratory of Big Data Algorithm and Analysis Technology. He is the first in the world to carry out the research on the model and mechanism of blockchain platform oriented to the value creation of data assets, and has been successively supported by the key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other projects. The representative achievements have been published in the top journals in the field of management such as JOM, ISR, TPAMI, TKDE, TMC, TIFS, and the top journal of CCF A in the field of computer. Among them, the research on "Operation and Management of Distributed Autonomous Organizations" was appraised by the editor-in-chief of JOM as the "foundational work" of the new direction of block chain in the field of operation and management, and was reported and promoted by the Management Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. A total of 26 patents and software copyrights have been granted, and the transformation of scientific research achievements has been actively carried out in more than 20 enterprises and institutions such as China Railway First Bureau, Huawei and OPPO. A number of analysis algorithms, data governance platforms and block chain platforms have been applied to practical business systems, which have achieved remarkable economic and social value, and have been specially reported by CCTV Comprehensive Channel's "Smart" program.

赵玺，西安交通大学管理学院教授，西安交通大学校学科办副主任，国家级青年人才，过程控制与效率工程教育部重点实验室副主任，陕西省医疗健康大数据工程研究中心主任，大数据算法与分析技术国家工程实验室研究中心主任。在国际上率先开展面向数据资产价值创造的区块链平台模式机制研究，先后受到国家自然科学基金重点项目等纵向项目资助，代表成果分别刊登在JOM、ISR、TPAMI、TKDE、TMC、TIFS 等管理领域顶级期刊、计算机领域CCF A 顶刊上。其中“分布式自治组织运营管理”研究被JOM 顶刊主编评价为运营管理领域区块链新方向的“奠基之作”，受到国家自然科学基金委管理学部报道推广。共获批专利、软件著作权26项，并积极在中铁一局、华为、OPPO 等20余所企事业单位开展科研成果转化，多项分析算法、数据治理平台、区块链平台应用于实际业务系统，取得了显著的经济社会价值，被中央电视台综合频道“机智过人”节目专题报道。
