June 5, 2024, decided through voting by the European Academy of Sciences and Arts’s council, our EIC, the distinguished professor of Antai College Economic and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the director of Sino-US Global Logistics Institute, by virtue of excellent achievement on theory of complex production & service system operation, and contribution on application research was selected as an academician of the academy (Technology and Environment Sector). On June 12, 2024, the director, Prof. Klaus Mainer, congratulated Prof. Jiang.

The European Academy of Sciences and Arts is a well-known international academic organization that aims to promote cross-discipline cooperation between eminent scientists, leading artists, and theory practitioners in different countries. It includes seven divisions: humanity, medicine, arts, natural sciences, social sciences, law and economy, technology, and environment. Of the more than 2000 academy members, there are 35 Nobel laureates.
